HealthSource of Ohio offers the following primary care services: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, Dentistry, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy. 


Family Medicine

A division of primary care that provides continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body.



The branch of medicine that deals with the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents.


The two surgical-medical specialties dealing with the female reproductive organs in their pregnant and non-pregnant state.


Complete eye exams, prescriptions for glasses.


The branch of medicine that is involved in the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the
oral cavity,the maxillofacial area, and the adjacent and associated structures, and their impact on the human body.


Behavioral Health

Refers to the reciprocal relationship between human behavior, individually or socially, and the well-being of the body, mind, and spirit,
whether the latter are considered individually or as an integrated whole.


HealthSource of Ohio has three pharmacy locations: Batavia, Mt. Orab, and Seaman. 


Outreach and Enrollment

HealthSource of Ohio offers Outreach and Enrollment services.  HealthSource of Ohio has four Certified Application Counselors available to assist the community (not just HealthSource of Ohio patients) with Medicaid applications and with the Marketplace during open enrollment.  Our Counselors are also available to assist individuals with the Marketplace throughout the year if they have a qualifying life event, such as getting married, moving, or having a baby.  To contact our Outreach and Enrollment Department, call 513.576.7700 ext. 3622 or email
